Who is Alison Stephens?

Alison joined RBHR in 2019, prior to this she owned her own very successful consultancy in London for over 10 years. Having relocated with her husband Martyn to Somerset she decided it was time to move away from working in London.

She has vast business experience, steering through challenging times in a rapidly changing London market. With over 20 years HR experience at the forefront of numerous HR disciplines, and across a wide variety of industry sectors, she has a well-regarded reputation built on success.  She combines her extensive experience with a passion for producing strategies to suit all business needs.

Alison is pragmatic and confidential, combined with an approach that is both straightforward and cost-effective.  She has successfully managed conflict in the workplace, covering an extensive range of Employee Relations issues such as redundancies, TUPE, grievances and disciplinaries.  She has extensive experience in recruitment & selection, employee engagement, and coaching & development.

Alison is passionate about her clients.  She is sensitive to the needs of the individual while at the same time maintaining the ultimate goals of her clients.  Her approach is solution-based, and she is excited by the opportunities for her clients to grow their business through its people.  Quite simply she provides an amicable, confidential and open-minded demeanour with a success-driven approach to achieve quick and long-standing results.
