We are looking for an experienced Buyer/Business Administrator to join our successful team at CETSAT.

You will act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and our business, responsible for the admin and processes within the team.

This will include identifying potential supplier sources, screening them and negotiating favourable payment terms.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers

• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirement

• Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

• Keeping computer databases up to date

• Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing

• Ensure there are no discrepancies with orders

• Update service tickets with relevant information to assist other teams

• Desired Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in an admin or buyer role

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Precision and accuracy across all work elements

• High level of attention to detail
