Digital Transformation Consultant

Yeovil 

Permanent, full-time 40 hours a week

The Role:

Our Digital Transformation Department specialises with working with end users and companies to help them maximise the technology they already own. Ideally we are looking for someone that has been working in tech at around a 2nd line position or a competent 1st line that is looking to step up into such a role. Competencies in Office 365 would be of great benefit here and the candidate needs to be confident to give presentations and provide training for end users.

Responsibilities

 

  • Spot opportunities where we can act as consultants to our clients to help them find solutions or come up with strategies

  • Using analysis and design of journey maps to spot trends/repeating tasks within CETSAT’s own business and its customers’ businesses that can be streamlined or simplified to increase efficiency and reduce administrative overheads by using new or existing technologies

  • Identify and assist with design and creation of clients or in-house systems/products/services/reports including training and documentation

  • Help develop marketing strategies for Digital Transformation Products/Solutions that can be used by the Account Management Team

  • Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders (both internal and client)

  • Support the delivery and implementation of digital transformation works to our clients by phone, email, remote support or onsite

  • Provide necessary training sessions, guides and advice for required systems and be available to support systems you and your team have implemented

  • Involvement and awareness of internal and client systems/toolsets, including;

  • Support, training, documentation and upgrading of existing systems/toolsets

  • R&D of possible future complimentary or replacement systems

  • Implementation, training, documentation and support of any future systems/toolsets 

  • Actively originate and shape digital transformation opportunities for both prospective and existing client base

 

 

Skills / Attributes Required 

 

  • Excellent telephone manner and face-to-face communication skills 

  • A “can do” attitude

  • Full UK Driving License   

  • A desire to solve problems and puzzles that you have not encountered before  

  • Aptitude to use online research tools and internal documentation to find resolutions to problems 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 including advanced functions including but not limited to;

    • Access and Databases

    • Advanced Excel Formulae

    • Mail Merge and Document Customisations

    • Macro’s and Visual Basic

    • Office 365 Automations (Flow & Power Automate)

    • Outlook rule creation and management    

  • An eye for detail with ability to provide clear and concise documentation

  • Willingness to help, support and offer excellent service to customers and colleagues
