The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join CETSAT as the beating heart of our offices and operations. You do not necessarily be from a technical background as this role will not be customer-facing. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our CETSAT offices, that looks after CETSAT as their only customer and is available to support the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
-
Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
-
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative and ISO standards/systems
-
Assisting the organisation’s HR function where required
-
PA to Managing Director
-
Organising meetings and managing diaries and calendars for the business and senior management
-
Attending meetings with senior management
-
Managing office budgets
-
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
-
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
-
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
-
Managing Office and Fleet insurance, finance and renewals
-
Organising company events or conferences
-
Ordering stationery, furniture and office supplies
-
Booking transport and accommodation
-
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-
Delegating tasks to junior employees
-
Organising induction programmes for new employees
-
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
-
Using a range of software packages

Keeping client details and records up to date including monthly QA checks

Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers

Experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrator Role
