Office Manager & PA to MD
Helen Abbott joined RBHR Consultancy in March 2014 as an Office Administrator. Helen has progressed with RBHR over the years and is now PA to the MD and Office Manager. She looks after the office, the welfare of all employees, Staff development, Recruitment, Payroll, Account Management, Health & Safety, Property Management and anything else that needs attention!
Helen’s employment background is quite diverse, she has previously had 9 years working in the criminal justice sector. She enjoys a challenge and is always looking to enhance her knowledge. Among her successes are completing a 12 month Management Development Programme, CIPD level 3, Implementing a whole new accounting system, and attending regular courses to keep her knowledge up to date.
Helen enjoys spending time with her husband, her two grown up children and their families. Helen enjoys socialising, travel, attending live music events and riding her motorbike!
