The retainer contract has been designed to offer our clients a better and more cost-effective solution to their HR needs.  As a retained client, you would receive the following:

  • Unlimited telephone advice and on-line HR support for 12 months
  • Yearly contract and handbook updates in line with employment law changes
  • Templates of letters and policy documents
  • Our retainer is a monthly fixed fee (plus VAT) for a minimum period of 12 months, the price will be based on how many employees your business currently has

Pay for the time you need.  Clients who simply require some hands-on assistance with a specific HR problem,

purchase units of time starting at 12 hours and get a dedicated HR Consultant to manage the process from start to finish. 

All templates and documentations are included as part of resolving and concluding the work you have appointed us to do.  Here we will not just advise you on what the options are, we will also execute it on your behalf.
