Software Developer

Full time, permanent

Mon-Fri, 40 hour per week

Remote working opportunities possible

£25k-£35k per annum,

Dependant on skills and experience

The Role:

CETSAT have an opening for a Software Developer to join our growing development team.

We are looking for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices.

You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review current systems

  • Present ideas for system improvements

  • Meet with the development team to discuss client requirements

  • Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes

  • Ensuring that all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met

  • Testing of the product

  • Keep detailed records of development processes

  • Maintain systems once up and running

 

Desired Skills and Experience Required:

  • Work experience in a similar role or industry

  • Experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework

  • Experience working on Client/Server based applications

  • Experience with LINQ to SQL and/or Entity Framework

  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Razor

  • Experience with JavaScript (ReactJS), jQuery, JSON, HTML and CSS / Bootstrap CSS

  • Knowledge of XML / XSLT / Schema / DTDs

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Git workflow

  • Experience with managing Microsoft Azure Web Apps, SQL servers and storage

  • Experience with REST API
