RBHR are looking for an experience Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a fixed term contract (maternity cover).

You will work closely with our clients, from hiring managers to external networks, to deliver our talent strategy throughout the full recruitment life cycle. This role sees you getting involved in various industries and recruitment campaigns of all sizes.  

 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Manage our clients recruitment as their dedicated internal recruiter 

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 

• Own the recruitment process from start to finish  

• Ensure job adverts effectively reach a diverse pool of candidates 

• Deliver creative search and selection methodologies  

• Build effective relationships with hiring managers 

• Provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition 

• Administer the assessment process including psychometrics, aptitude tests and other relevant tools 

• Manage the offer and onboarding processes 

• Ensure processes are compliant with UK legislation 

• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques  

• Engage with new clients during sales 

• Deliver a positive experience, gathering candidate feedback  

 

Skills & Experience: 

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role 

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle 

• Hands-on experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems 

• Ideally experienced within in-house recruitment managing a wide variety of positions for different industries and levels 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
