Training and Development has a reputation for being stuffy, over complicated and classroom based. It’s known for long endless Power Point slides, but not here at RBHR. We have developed our training based on what our experience shows us that our clients need on a practical and professional capacity. We want to light up the room with discussion, interaction and learning which is rich, relevant and commercially effective. Our aim is to have delegates leave our learning environment feeling confident and capable to deliver what is being required of them within the real world of work.
We have developed a menu of training courses which can be delivered both virtually and in face-to-face formats. All of our courses, have in-depth discussions, case studies, interactive elements and breakout rooms. We understand that some activities will not resonate with some learners, so we work with our clients to ensure a complete be-spoke programme built around their values, behaviours and ways of working. Mental Health First Aiders – We can offer a full Mental Health First Aider training course via our on-site qualified Instructor. MHFA’s are of key importance to all businesses now and we are currently taking bookings for delivery from July 2021.
Coaching for Change – If your organisation is going through a redundancy process, then we can work with your affected employees to provide them coaching on how to create a solid CV, application tips and tricks and how to interview. Providing interactive coaching and role-playing opportunities.
