Our Consultancy was founded by the amazing Rebecca Bevins, hence the original name of our business. Rebecca, or Becky to us, spent over a decade building the business and growing its presence as an HR Consultancy practice that earnt its place as a respected HR advisory to businesses across the South West.
In 2019, Becky stepped aside from the day to day running of the business to pursue her next adventure, appointing Alison Stephens in 2020 as Managing Director/Co-owner to take the business forward to its next chapter.
With the rise of homeworking following the pandemic, Alison has extended our borders in terms of service delivery, pushing the business onto a national scale and most recently, internationally with US clients.
Now, the ambition for the business is to create a culture where Human Resources Practitioners, in HR, Training and Recruitment can thrive working in a collegial, problem-solving and creative solutions driven environment, which in turn benefits all our clients. Here, we believe everyone becomes a winner, our Consultants get to do the most interesting work in the most supported way, and our clients get the best service and results they deserve.
