Customer Account Manager

Full Time Permanent Mon- Fri 9am - 5:30pm

Location: Head Office Exeter

Salary: £20,500

The Role:

In Control Debt Solutions are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join the team.

Training will be provided.

 

About the role:

 

We are looking for a compassionate, customer focused individual to become a pivotal role in providing expert advice concerning debt solutions.

 

Your responsibilities will cover:

 

  • Act as the point of contact for clients through phone, email and digital communications

  • Effectively manage customer accounts

  • Learn all company policies and procedures

  • Review client files regularly to provide appropriate advice

  • Liaise with creditors to ensure open communication and maintenance of agreements

  • Maintain and update organised admin systems

  • Make decisions for the escalation of issues

  • Report concisely to management

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

Our Customer Account Manager will be a positive, self- motivated individual who is able to meet strict deadlines under pressure and enjoys being part of a relaxed yet professional team. You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a similar account management role or industry

  • GCSE English and Maths

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and IT skills
