Introducing Our Newest Team Member – Kim Baker


Kim joined our team at the start of November, and hasn’t looked back since! She is looking forward to meeting and engaging with more of our clients over the coming months.



Why HR? Kim had an epiphany moment when working as a Personal Assistant, watching one of her colleagues deliver a training presentation and thinking ‘ I want to do that!’ and so began the decision to transition into a career in HR.


Fast forward to 2022 and Kim has successfully completed a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice – Level 3, and more recently the CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management, and Organisational Learning and Development – Level 5, the latter of which she states is certainly not for the faint hearted!



Kim has previous HR experience working in a 360-degree generalist advisor role providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on all matters relating to the employee lifecycle.


Going forward Kim has dreams and aspirations of making the workplace better for all, equipping managers with the skills they need to get the best out of their employees.
